be cheerful,
be here and now.
To improve your concentration ( pali. SAMADHI )
- select the sitting posture in which you can sit for a long period
- select the technique you like such as mind your breathing, looking at something ...

when you do sitting meditation and your eye close, if you did not sleep, you may see some strange thing, Do not pay attention to it, it is just your crazy imagination.
if you love to open your eye by looking at something, you may like to see these




and if you can picture it ( any of your favorite stuff actually ) when you close your eyes, it will be easy for you to use it to lead you to Jhanna ( stillness )
